Navarro, Calapan City for the Arrival Honor as Distinguished Visitor/Guest of Honor and Speaker during the Inauguration and Blessing of newly constructed Building of RPSPU4B at PRO MIMAROPA. The inauguration and blessing of the said office was with RD PRO MIMAROPA PBGEN SIDNEY S HERNIA, Command Group, Regional Staff and MIMAROPA DPWH District Engineer and was officiated by Rev Fr. DIMSON P SAA, Prefect of Discipline of Saint Augustine Seminary.
At 1:00 PM of the same date, the Turn-Over of Unit Ceremony for PCOL SERGIO G VIVAR, JR, Outgoing Regional Chief to PLTCOL ELEAZAR R BARBER, JR, Incoming Acting Chief of RPSPU-4B was presided by PBGEN ANTONIO C YARRA, D, PSPG. Then at 1:30 PM, PBGEN ANTONIO C YARRA conducted Talk to Men and had photo opportunities. RPSPU-4B personnel heartedly appreciated the presence of our Director and the activities ended with positive result.
